I have a bunch of dog and I got one of these Critter Cooler dog water foutains. i did not recive a part (the water valve) and I called expecting the usual BS, and what a shock!!! A person answered, was very sorry AND fedex OVERNIGHT the part, not cheap) That was very cool, so if you are looking fpr somthing for your dogs, this is a company to consider
